Quality Control Manager

**Job Summary**

This position shall have overall responsibility for the contractor's quality control management program to include maintaining and overseeing the quality control management program for entire contract.

**Primary Job Functions**

+ Direct and administer the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Program in accordance with USACE contract requirements and project-specific Quality Control Plans.
+ Ensure strict compliance with contract drawings, specifications, UFC criteria, EM 385-1-1, applicable NFPA, ICC, ASHRAE, NEC, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
+ Lead Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up Control Phase Meetings for all definable features of work.
+ Verify construction activities comply with approved submittals, design intent, manufacturer requirements, and contract documents before work proceeds.
