Quality Control Inspector

Duties & Responsibilities
To follow the policy of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 internal quality audit and validate quality management system
Carry out effective and reliable inspection of incoming, work-in-progress, and finished parts/ components
Improve and maintain in-process quality control (IPQC) and outgoing quality control (OQC)
Carry out and to follow update and written procedures, SOP, work instructions, specifications, QSP reports
Keep track and validate of special quality requirements of customers, geometric dimensioning
Work with supervisor to improve customers and suppliers feedback on quality issues, complaints
To perform customer's supplier quality control standard and meet enquires pertaining to blueprint drawing quality specification and requirements
Learn to report corrective actions for products COC, conforming / non-conforming components, 8D report, corrective action report(CAR)
