What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure they work perfectly.
• Maintain the company’s high‑quality certifications, including ISO9001 and SABS standards.
• Read electrical wiring diagrams to check that electronic components function properly.
• Help the production team follow everyday Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Write and update clear, step‑by‑step procedures for the factory floor.
• Do time and motion studies to make factory tasks smoother and faster.
• Train, lead, and mentor the production staff to help them succeed.
• Write simple technical reports about quality data and process improvements.
