Quality Control Head ObjectiveResponsible for ensuring standardized quality assurance by verifying that the product meets established standards at any point in the production chain (core making, casting, machining, etc.), including Final Inspection and finished goods.
Responsible for maintaining and keeping current all assets used for quality control and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with established systems, including Inspection Lines, X‐Ray equipment, CMMs, software and hardware, borescopes, ultrasonic equipment, and other related technologies.Main ResponsibilitiesOperate in alignment with standardized quality documentation at each workstation according to established procedures, including Work Instructions, defect visual aids, first‐piece sample checklists, destructive testing reports, dimensional reports, metallurgical reports, and sand testing reports.Report quality defects and findings identified during the inspection process through operational review forums (scr...
