QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities 1. Manage & supervise Planning QC weekly activities Manage, supervise and coordinate a team of QC inspectors 2. Non-conformity Handling customer complaints, raw material reject and internal non-conformity Monitor the effectiveness of Raw Material SCAR& internal MRR Generate QC Monthly Report & Effectiveness Summary Report 3. Customer complaint Liaise with respective departments &conduct investigation Generate CAR/ SCAR and launch complaint to relevant party Follow up CAR with Production/ Supplier &SCAR with Purchaser/ Supplier Generate Customer Complaint Weekly Report 4. Scrap form Compile and generate scrap form Submit & get approval from relevant party 5. Conduct UN testing - Ad-hoc testing upon request by Customer/ Sales & Marketing 6. Manufacturing Spec/ Raw Material Spec Update/revise spec every 2 months 7. COA Generate COA as per customer request 8.
