Quality Business Analyst

At RDNS New Zealand, we're passionate about delivering high-quality home and community healthcare services that help people remain independent and supported in their own homes.

We are looking for a Quality Business Analyst to join our team and drive continuous improvement across our operations. This is not an IT-focused Business Analyst role. Instead, you'll work closely with operational teams to analyse processes, improve systems and practices, ensure data quality, coordinate audits, and support staff to get the most out of our quality and scheduling systems.
