Quality Assurance Manager (Wetaskiwin)

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the objective of this position is to work within the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department to optimize mix design and raw material costs, implement and manage quality procedures and policies, manage product development, and provide assistance to customers and sales representatives. The role also meets the divisional quality goals and objectives, leading a team of QA/QC technicians in the field to reduce quality incidents, lower associated costs, and enhance customer service.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Administer, develop, implement, and standardize quality plans and processes for the Greater Edmonton / Northern Alberta Area by working closely with the General Managers, conducting quality audits and adhering to the WCan Quality Control Manual.
