Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end quality assurance and service recovery functions to ensure consistent service excellence
Drive process optimisation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Lead stakeholder engagement and client service excellence initiatives to enhance customer experience
Analyse operational and financial performance data to support decision-making and reporting
