Quality Assurance Lead – Food Safety & HACCP

JOUD Cafe in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to safeguard the quality, safety, and consistency of all food products across the central kitchen and restaurant operations. You will ensure every item meets brand standards and UAE regulations before dispatch.

You will lead end-to-end quality checks, oversee labeling, temperature control, and GMP/HACCP compliance, and train staff on safety protocols while coordinating with procurement and logistics for timely, compliant deliveries.
