Quality Assurance Engineer (Xico)

This role is a 6‑month hybrid assignment based in Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of integrated business systems by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across Salesforce and SAP.
• Execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows) and SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, CRM, S/4 HANA).
• Perform end‑to‑end, system integration (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Validate data flows and integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise systems.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
• Collaborate with developers and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support defect triage meetings.
