Quality Assurance Engineer, Alexa Smart Properties

Amazon's Alexa Smart Properties (ASP) team is looking for a skilled and customer-obsessed Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) to own quality validation across our enterprise Alexa ecosystem. ASP powers Alexa experiences in hospitality, senior living, healthcare, and other commercial environments — and our QAEs are critical to ensuring these experiences meet the highest standards of reliability, accessibility, and enterprise-grade performance.
As a QAE on the ASP team, you will own end-to-end manual and exploratory testing, develop comprehensive test plans, and partner with SDETs and engineering teams to continuously raise the quality bar across ASP products and services. You will serve as a quality advocate throughout the product development lifecycle — from requirements review through production release.
