We’re looking for a detail-driven QA Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in upholding ethical sales practices within a fast-paced BPO environment.

In this role, you won’t just audit calls, you’ll uncover risks, influence behaviour, and help drive a strong compliance culture across the business.

What you'll own: Monitor and audit sales calls to ensure compliance with scripts, policies, and regulations Identify and escalate mis-selling, misrepresentation, and non-compliant activity Track agent performance through compliance scorecards and trend analysis Produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting risks and key insights Analyse data to recommend corrective actions and process improvements Support fraud investigations and partner with Risk teams on emerging threats Collaborate with Training and Operations to embed compliance best practices Matric Minimum ...
