Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client is looking for a Salesforce QA Engineerto ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of their Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Validate new features, enhancements, integrations, and production releases.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and regression test suites.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
