Role Objectives (Reason of existence)
To drive, manage and lead the quality and consumer care functions in Korea through continuous improvement in product quality and Service Call Rate to meet both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer satisfaction to increase Electrolux Brand Value in Korea.

Make our consumers happy to use Electrolux products and make our customers satisfied to work with Electrolux.
The individual is responsible for leading end to end Quality Management in Korea. The key responsibilities will be in the area of Approbation, Product Quality, Quality Supply Chain Management, Warranty Cost Management, After Market Service, Customer Satisfaction and any other ad-hoc project assigned.
