Summary

Final goods analysis for sauces & dressings, dry blends.
Develop new methodologies to reduce analysis and new products.
Manage KPI for QC Lab and lead optimization projects.
Involve in new product implementation and specifications definition.
Manage and control the budget and expenses for the QC department.
Manage RZ compliance checks, including programmed and new checks for new products.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality tests for final goods and interpret results to release or reject products.
• Administer root cause analysis for OOS and define corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage customer complaints related to OOS reports.
• Develop and optimize analytical techniques to improve time and cost for quality.
• Inspect processes for new product implementations.
• Develop and update specifications for new products.
