Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage qualitative projects from start to finish, including client, partner, and healthcare professional sample management. Managing quantitative project lifecycle may also be required.
• Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirmation of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, online qual interviews, etc., ensuring all respondents are prepared according to client requirements. Quickly replace no‑shows, follow up with late respondents, send last‑minute materials when alerted by client/moderator.
