Qualified social worker - Family Help

Our client Wokingham borough council is looking for a Qualified social worker to join their Family Help pod.

Provision of high quality, relationship-based social work to children, young people and families, ensuring their safety and promoting positive outcomes through effective, child-centred practice
Delivery of robust safeguarding practice in line with statutory responsibilities for children in need, child protection, and looked after children
Working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to co-produce purposeful plans that support sustainable change and strengthen family networks
Contribution to effective multi-agency working, maintaining strong professional relationships to improve outcomes for children and young people
Maintaining high standards of recording, report writing, and court work in line with legislative and organisational requirements
