QSHE&S Specialist 2

+ Support to maintain SHE&S Master Plan and arrange activities according to the plan.
+ Update SHE&S training materials to keep current and conduct SHE&S training for site people including direct staff, indirect staff, third party and visitors.
+ Be familiar with current SHE&S related laws, regulations and standards by maintaining government and 3rd party platforms, and communicate to site management.
+ Support process safety key initiatives cascaded down from Global.
+ Coordinate all internal and external audits and follow up the audit findings.
+ Conduct site SHE&S inspections on daily basis, especially focusing on high-risk activities stipulated in GB30871-2022.
+ Plan and organize SHE&S activities to cultivate robust SHE&S culture.
+ Provide oversight into site security management.
+ Liaise with firefighting service providers for site firefighting maintenance and construction.
+ Monitor and track incident reporting system according to global requirement.<...
