Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications. Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit interim payment applications, invoices, and final accounts. Evaluate, negotiate, and certify subcontractor and supplier payments. Prepare and assess variation orders, claims, and change orders. Review contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
