Qms Coordinator

Role Purpose
Lead the evolution of the Quality Management System (QMS) from a compliance framework into a business performance engine.
This role operates with high autonomy and leadership influence, ensuring integration, enabling operational excellence, and direct contribution to operational results.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the QMS under ISO **** standards
- Lead process reengineering.
- Establish governance frameworks and lead management reviews.
- Define and manage system KPIs
- Coordinate audits and ensure effective compliance
- Drive system adoption across all levels
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams
Required profile
- Engineering degree
- +10 years in QMS automotive industry (ISO **** & IATF *****)
- Experience leading teams
- Experience in process transformation and integrated management systems.
