Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QE Lead to drive end-to-end testing initiatives, including automation, cloud-based testing, and modern QE practices across enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end QE activities across projects
- Define and implement test strategies (functional, automation, performance)
- Build and enhance test automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, DevOps, Product)
- Drive quality governance, risk management, and delivery timelines
- Leverage cloud platforms (especially AliCloud) for testing environments
- Apply AI-driven testing approaches to improve efficiency and quality
