**Critical Functional/Technical Skills**
- They can independently work on complex projects involving developing framework and automation practices as well as help other team members with the same. Ideally, they are the go-to person on the team for anything technical.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, Cypress is preferred.
- Motivated to debug user feedback and include them in test strategy and communicate with the team.
- Relevant experience on testing microservices and AWS experience is plus.
- Experience working in FinTech, Banking, or related Consumer Financial Services companies is a plus
