QC Technician

IQC技术员主要负责原材料检验，仪器部件的半成品、成品的检验，并完成相关报告与数据分析。
IQC technicians are mainly responsible for the inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products of instrument components, and completing relevant reports and data analysis.


Responsibilities:

+ Be responsible for incoming inspection, FAI inspection and application test. 负责来料检验，首件检验和应用检验

+ Feed back the quality information of raw materials to the supplier's quality engine反馈原材料的质量信息给供应商质量工程师

+ Assist the supplier's quality engineer in handling defective products协助供应商质量工程师处理不良品

+ Be responsible for the semi-finished product inspection of instrument components负责仪器部件的半成品检验

+ Be responsible for the appearance inspection and size inspection of glass products负责玻璃产品的外观检验、尺寸检验

+ Be responsible for the finished product inspection of instrument components负责仪器部件成品的检验

+ Be responsible for the abnormal analysis and statistics of test results负责测试结果的异常分析与统计
