Role Overview

The Quality Control Reviewer in the Sample Management Department is responsible for reviewing documentation, conducting audits, and drafting or revising SOPs related to sample management and glass washing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 100% quality control on documentation generated by the sample management team.
• Ensure quality within the sample management team per company standards.
• Conduct audits: develop, execute, and write audit reports.
• Complete additional information forms as necessary to ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Track deviations and non-conformance reports.
• Respond to QA citations.
• Archive documentation.
• Write, revise, and review standard operating procedures for sample management and glass washing.
• Write, revise, and update training materials.
