Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing to identify defects and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Utilize precision measurement tools and techniques to assess product dimensions and functionality accurately.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records to support traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or CQI are highly desirable for demonstrating quality expertise.
