The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading global bank to look for a Quality Assurance Lead
- Starts off as a 9 months contract
- At Changi
- Manage backlog & stakeholder, clear understanding of the delivery and it’s ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross functional team to deliver together
- Gather detailed requirement from business lead for analysis, collaborate with stakeholders for UI of signoff CJ, Data requirement, copytext, notifications templates,review for error scenarios etc
- Work closely with development to clarify requirements & ensure priorities are clear and provide SME knowledge where required
- Create the release plan with scrum master, with details on UAT, testing strategy, coverage, entry and exit criteria to implementation approach
- Manage sprint activities from sprint grooming, prioritisation, refinement, demo and related ceremonies
