QA Intern: Food Safety & Service Excellence

Position Responsibilities

• Assist QA team in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and service standards to ensure an excellent customer experience and compliance with company policies.
• Assist food handler trainer in coordinating food handler and food safety training session for barista.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects within the QA department.
• Maintain and organize record for QA department and assisted unit.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
