Make dimensional and mechanical inspection and test of Gear Reducers, subassemblies, components and units to ensure conformance with quality and engineering specifications. Check parts using specific inspection procedures, direct reading instruments and test sets where allowable variations and limits are prescribed. Inspect returns to determine root cause of problems. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspection and test of subassemblies, units and components to ensure conformance with quality standards. Perform inspections of return products. Requires interaction with engineering, sales, production, and external customers. May require travel to customer sites.
