Job Description: A financial services organization is deploying Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to transform its customer relationship management into wealth management. A QA Expert is sought to define and implement the testing strategy for the entire program. The role involves establishing the quality assurance strategy (functional, integration, regression, automation), mentoring QA analysts within delivery teams, defining acceptance criteria with business analysts and the Product Owner, supporting UAT testing with business units, and ensuring the quality of deliveries in an integrated environment (APIs, satellite systems, data foundations).
