As a QA Engineer within our QA Center of Practice, you will lead the adoption of AI‑driven quality assurance techniques across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI‑powered tools for test automation, test data generation, visual testing, and bug detection.
• Develop and document best practices, guidelines, and frameworks for integrating AI into the QA process.
• Create and deliver training and enablement materials to empower the engineering community to adopt AI‑enhanced QA techniques.
• Collaborate with development, product, and platform teams to embed these AI‑driven practices into their daily workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the impact of AI adoption on QA efficiency, test effectiveness, and overall product quality.
