POSITION OVERVIEW: The Pursuits Design Manager (Electrical Construction) is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of project pursuits, from early engagement through to final submission. This includes preparing accurate cost estimates, developing GMP budgets, and driving proposal development for a wide range of electrical construction projects. The Pursuits Design Manager leverages a Design Assist approach to ensure estimates are aligned with client requirements and project objectives, with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation. This role involves leading pursuit meetings and design sessions with stakeholders including architects, engineers, consultants, and owners, while ensuring that Symtech delivers complete, competitive, and compelling proposals with no scope gaps.
