Job Overview

Position: Food Service Manager – Pursuit Collection, Jasper, AB (Full‑time, year‑round, starting August 2025). Prepare flavorful dishes, lead kitchen staff, and coordinate food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cooks and dishwashers, supervising training and cross‑training.
• Develop and implement food preparation policies, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation.
• Perform quality checks on food for taste, temperature, and visual appeal.
• Manage food storage under Alberta OH&S standards and secure guest special requests and allergies.
• Report maintenance/repair needs to Executive Chef; supervise presentation and return of food.
• Create and contribute to menu items and offerings.
• Monitor and control costs – COGS, labour, and expenses.
