Responsible for sourcing activities for all capital items & consumable etc. Assisting in vendor management activities such as preparing/maintaining the vendor performance rating etc. Responsible for monitoring long-term price agreement-LTPA & regulating to achieve continual performance improvement based on Deming’s PDCA cycle. Maintaining the data of raw material development process & dispatching samples to relevant department. Arrangement to send any raw material samples to overseas supplier for development process. Continuously analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability. Continuously working on vendor sourcing & vendor relationship activities.

• Responsible for entire procurement cycle from identifying, qualifying the supplier, understanding each purchase request need, RFQ, RFP, RFI, Vendor selection, order issuance & acknowledgement, receipt of material till payment to vendor.
