Purchasing Manager

Activities:Manage the area to obtain better purchasing conditions for products sold by the company, in terms of prices, quality and service; Deliver the expected Cash (days to pay) and Savings Targets; In charge of the reporting (projects KPI’s, forecast, savings…) related to the region; Support the development of suppliers of materials and services for the factories you manage, as well as in any necessary negotiations.Control and prepare reports on the indicators of the purchasing area and the performance of the team itself (savings, payment days, response time, among others).Be the intermediary between requesters, buyers and suppliers, whenever necessary.Plan, support, facilitate and manage the team (individually and jointly).Evaluate the team's performance, requesting/performing training according to the needs identified, as well as meeting everyone frequently, in order to build a cohesive team.Frequently present the area's activities and results to the factory directors/managers fo...
