**Purchasing Coordinator**

Full-Time | Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Purchasing Coordinator** to manage purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure all orders are delivered on time.
This role is critical to our operations - you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating with suppliers, and proactively resolving delays. If you are someone who takes ownership and follows through, this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage purchase orders in QuickBooks and internal database
- Review and reconcile supplier invoices
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate daily with suppliers to confirm production and shipping schedules
- Follow up consistently to prevent delays and resolve issues
