Purchasing Assistant

As a Purchasing Assistant for BV Cuisine Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the supply chain integrity of our diverse food and beverage brands (including Marugame Udon, Maisen, and Paul). You will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in sourcing high-quality ingredients, kitchen equipment, and restaurant supplies while ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery. Your meticulous attention to detail will directly impact the freshness, quality, and consistency of the food served across all our restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to approved vendors in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with restaurant store managers and kitchen heads to determine daily or weekly inventory and supply needs.
