The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Purchasing Administrator to support our busy procurement team. This key coordination role is responsible for ensuring purchase orders, supplier communication and internal records are accurate and up to date. The position is primarily operational and administrative, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly. You will work closely with Buyers, Category Managers, Finance and Warehouse teams to support day‑to‑day purchasing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain procurement records, spreadsheets and ERP system data.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgements, delivery dates and shipment updates.
