Job Description
We are a pipe laying construction company involved in PUB projects. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchaser to support our procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities Source, compare and negotiate prices with suppliers Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries Liaise with site team on material requirements Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices and delivery orders Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing / procurement experience (construction industry preferred) Familiar with construction materials is an advantage Good negotiation and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation Able to travel between sites when required
