Purchase Officer

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and multi tasking Purchase officer is responsible for managing the procurement of construction materials, equipment services, and consumables required for civil construction projects. The role ensures timely procurement, cost optimization, quality compliance, and effective supplier management while supporting project schedules and budgets

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
• Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and negotiate the best commercial terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procurement policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, planning teams, and the warehouse to ensure timely material delivery.
