We’re Hiring – Purchase Manager – Boxing & Martial Arts

We’re looking for a Purchase Manager with strong sourcing and negotiation skills to lead procurement operations and ensure timely availability of raw materials and accessories for our production units.

Responsibilities

• Develop supplier networks for raw materials and packaging.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Manage inventory, purchase orders, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate closely with production, QC, and accounts teams.
• Drive cost‑efficiency without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of purchasing experience (preferably in leather/sports goods).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
