Material knowledge – thorough material, supplier and rate knowledge.
Execution of material request from production in a prompt and efficient manner – ensuring their delivery time is met and at the same time material is ordered from supplier with best rate.

Documentation/ Records and system updation –Accuracy or all records maintained in purchase and regular updation of supplier database, rates etc

Reporting – updation of purchase reports on daily basis so that can be used to identify purchase efficiencies, errors and wastages.

Raw Materials - to know the various categories of raw materials used in glass, metal, acrylic etc.

Stages of procurement - Purchase request - PO - Process - GRN - QC - Bin transfer
