• Every Sat: 630am to 130pm (only need to work 4 hours on Sat – need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
• 44 hours per work week

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
