Join OSM Thome as Pumpman on board our Oil/Chemical Tankers trading worldwide. You will be part of a professional deck team, helping to ensure safe and efficient cargo handling and ship operations.
- **Key responsibilities**:
- Operate, monitor and maintain cargo and ballast pumps, lines and valves
- Assist with cargo loading, discharging and tank cleaning operations
- Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on pumping and pipeline systems
- Support deck crew during mooring, unmooring and general deck work
- Follow all safety, environmental and work permit procedures at all times
- **Requirements**:
- Sea-going experience as Pumpman on Oil/Chemical Tankers
- Good knowledge of cargo and ballast systems and tank cleaning operations
- Valid STCW certificates and tanker endorsements as per international standards
- Fit for duty with valid medical certificate
- Good English communication and strong safety mindset
