Overview

The Public Relations Executive (Cluster Role) supports the development and execution of strategic communications initiatives for Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Four Seasons Resort Langkawi. The role is responsible for enhancing brand visibility through media relations, content creation, and visual storytelling, ensuring brand consistency across local and international markets.

What You Will Do

• Support development and execution of PR campaigns across both properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitches.
• Coordinate media visits, press stays, and FAM trips.
• Create compelling written content (press releases, newsletters, story angles).
• Develop and adapt content for digital platforms and social media.
• Ensure all communications align with Four Seasons brand voice and standards.
