- Assist the QS Department in preparing and compiling claims for construction roadworks — including traffic diversion, road markings, milling & patching, and signage installation
- Verify site locations (typically 15–20 locations) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Update and maintain the claim tracking Excel file using verified site data
- Perform data entry, organise documentation, and support timely claim submissions
- Coordinate with site teams to confirm quantities, completed works, and supporting documents such as photos and reports
