Public Area Attendant (Residences)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Public Area Attendant to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas within our residential properties ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.

• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies corridors elevators and common spaces
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming mopping dusting and polishing surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other common areas
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as needed
