Ptme Testing Power Electronics Engineer (Irapuato)

Responsibilities
Responsible for validation, installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of test processes and equipment for power electronics (power modules and inverters) used in electric vehicles.
This role ensures safe operation, functionality, HV/LV isolation, and thermal performance of the product through robust test methods in both subassemblies and final assembly (EOL).
It is a hands‐on role in manufacturing, focused on testing, not design.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field).
Required Qualifications
Experience in testing power electronics systems, ideally in automotive inverters or power modules.
Hands‐on experience with high‐voltage systems and safety practices.
Isolation testing (HiPot / insulation resistance).
Functional validation in a production environment.
