PT APAC Region Lean Leader

**Job Description Summary**
Serve as the primary driver of operational excellence and cultural transformation across the APAC region through lean execution. Coach, drive and lead lean behaviours, principles, and tools by partnering with Operating Leaders in business management roles (e.g. GM of Business Unit, or Executive Lead of a Function, Site Lean Leaders) in PT APAC. Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics. Works with the organizational leadership, develop, set the pace and support business transformational and continuous improvement strategy with sensitivity towards the organizational structure, commercial approach, culture, people and processes.
