Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Psychosocial Team Lead to join our Substance Misuse team at HMP Winchester, a category B prison located in Winchester. The position is based fully on site with no remote working and offers free parking.
HMP Winchester is a male prison with a capacity of 706 inmates.
Hours
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (full time).
Salary
Up to £42,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Integrated Substance Misuse Service Manager in the delivery and continuous development of substance misuse services.
- Lead and develop the provision of psychosocial services and interventions within the prison, acting as a subject‑matter expert.
- Ensure that treatment approaches are appropriate, innovative and fully meet the needs of service users, the organisation and commissioners.
