ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Psychosocial Safety Advisor plays a specialist leadership role in strengthening and embedding psychological health and safety across VICSES. This role leads the development and delivery of psychosocial safety initiatives that create a healthier, safer workplace across VICSES. As a trusted specialist, you'll provide expert advice, lead psychosocial risk management, influence organisational strategy, and drive compliance with Victorian Psychological Health Regulations. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you'll help shape best practice and strengthen workplace wellbeing. This role will travel across Victoria as well as working outside of standard business hours (8am to 8pm) as required.
